Important Dates Regarding Registration for 2012-13

Registration for the 2012-13 school year is fast approaching, so don't miss your opportunity to enroll your student in our award-winning program for next year. We are excited to share another year with your child and watch as they learn and grow both academically and spiritually. Here are some important dates for upcoming registration:

 

            March 5th   =  Registration opens to current students of ACS 

            March 8th   =  Registration opens to current families of ACS

            March 12th =  Registration opens to members of Adventure Christian Church

            March 19th =  Registration opens to the public

 

Process for Preschool Re-Enrollment

In order to meet California state licensing requirements, preschool registration packets are available in the Preschool Office.  To complete the registration process for your child, the following items are required:  

 

1.     Complete Preschool Registration Packet & Parent Handbook

2.     Attach the registration fee (per student fee of $100 if paid prior to April 30th or $150 beginning   

        May 1st)

3.     Submit current immunization record

 

Process for Elementary or Junior High Re-enrollment

Current students of ACS will use a stream-lined registration process for enrollment in the 2012-13 school year.  Please familiarize yourself with the list of policies and guidelines as you will be asked to acknowledge your understanding of and agreement to the following:

To complete the registration process for your child, please follow the list of steps below:   

 

1.    Please print out a Student Re-enrollment Application and complete one for each student you are

       enrolling in our program.  

2.    Attach the applicable registration fee (per student fee of $275 if paid prior to April 30th or $325 

       beginning May 1st)

3.    Attach any other additional documentation needed to fulfill the Medical Requirements listed on the

       Student Re-enrollment Application (applies to Kindergarten, 1st grade, and 7th grade students)

4.    Bring items 1 – 3 for each student to the K8 office beginning March 5th.
